Problem: The Terminal Pipeline was damaged. Total replacement was not an option because that would take the terminal out of service for a week at great cost for the shutdown.

Solution: Working with our Belzona Technical Team, Advanced Specialty Coatings recommended to the customer that we build a b-sleeve to wrap the damaged area and fill the space with a specialty Belzona epoxy. This unique pipe repair solution was accomplished in-situ and has successfully been utilized numerous times at various oil and gas terminals for their pipelines. 

Result: The pipeline is fully functional and no longer leaks. The oil and gas terminal suffered no downtime or loss of productivity.
